Withstands cooking at up to 200°C, this sap can also be used in recipes ranging from the most traditional to the most exotic (baked apples, coconut flan, banana gratin, etc.). This sap is very much appreciated for naturally sweetening desserts, hot or cold drinks by giving them a refined and original flavour. It can be used to coat ice creams, fruit salads, white cheeses and desserts.
